Custom Machining Services

Because of our vast machining resources, Cleveland City Forge Production is well prepared and able to do custom machine work. These services can be handled quickly and efficiently at an extremely competitive cost. Contact us for specialized quotes. There is no job too big or too small on custom work outside of the CCF product line.

Product Packaging

Being certain that product will be delivered to our customers without missing parts due to broken containers or poor packaging is always a focus at CCF. Our shipping department always packages product well beyond what is considered standard packaging. Heavy gauge boxes along with reinforced taping and labeling is routine in our shipping department. Threaded bars are stabilized and banded for support and threads are protected before being shipped. Care is also taken when packaging small parts to be certain that clevis assemblies are packed with proper quantities of pins, cotter keys and etc.

Maintenance

To continue to provide excellent product in an expedited environment means that it is crucial to maintain our equipment. Cleveland City Forge Production follows a rigorous maintenance and preventive maintenance program with trained CNC technicians on premises. All machines and machine tools are kept in excellent running condition in order to meet the demands of the industry.

Cost

Cleveland City Forge strives to maintain quality product while also achieving solid cost control. With our CNC (FMS) Mazak machining center, we have the ability to design and create many of the fixtures that we use each and every day. New and improved tooling to run our product is always researched and implemented.
